Not to forget the salame such as gentile or crespon and conclude with a bang with our cacciatori such as wild boar, deer, goat and donkey.
SAUSAGES
All sausages are produced by us everyday following ancient recipes.
The process is complete: we start with the dough and finish with the seasoning in the special cells.
GASTRONOMY
Every week we prepare a selection of first courses cooked by us to be consumed immediately after purchase.
We offer customized packaging suited to the needs of our customers. Our roast chickens and lasagna are famous.

We have recently introduced the “zero preservatives” method, significantly improving the quality and wholesomeness of the products. Their main feature is that they are completely natural.
